About
From illustration and graphics to more tangible product design, engaging in creative outlets has been a constant in my life. I formalized these interests with an Honours degree in Fashion and Textiles from the University of Technology, Sydney, where I was the recipient of the LancĂ´me Colour Design Award for Design Innovation.
As a result of living in Australia, England, Spain, Nicaragua and the USA over the years, I have a thorough understanding that as fashion media becomes more homogeneous, individual markets remain distinct in their specific needs.
I have worked with a diverse assortment of labels on both boutique and commercial projects, with practical experience in the full spectrum of the product development process, from merchandise assortment planning through to production approval.
Beyond commercial work, I have a keen interest in sustainability, permaculture, and exploring new processes to mitigate the broader impacts of the fashion industry, alongside an understanding of the challenges that come with making transitions for a better future.
